Back in 2013, we took our first strategic investment in rhipe Limited (ASX:RHP) using the Bombora active management process. Bombora invested at a valuation of $13m and listed the company on the ASX. For a five year period following listing, Bombora actively managed our investment through board participation, growing RHP into a highly profitable and dividend paying company with a market cap of over $300m.

Bombora has since replicated this model seven times, generating over $800m of market capitalisation and raising greater than $200m in growth capital.
