December 2017, with the help of the Bombora team Janison made the big step of listing on the ASX. Bombora was instrumental in helping us get listed, compiling a first class board and raising the capital needed for us to invest in our technology and sales and marketing capacity. Since listing, and with the help of the Bombora team, we have made three material acquisitions, recruited an entirely new leadership team, raised over $20m in new capital and expanded our offering to provide our digital education testing platform to countries all over the world.
